成果名称:通过在线评论将文化遗产数字化:情感分析

Publication: Current Issues in Tourism Author Information: Aojia Zhang, Honggen Xiao Achievement Abstract: This study explores the impact mechanism of digital technology on tourists' emotional participation through sentiment analysis and natural language processing of 22920 online comments on cultural heritage tourism on major social media platforms in China. The study constructed an "emotion cognition framework" that integrates Prachik's emotion theory and Lazarus' cognitive assessment theory, revealing that digital tools mainly stimulate positive emotions in tourists, such as pleasure, expectation, and trust, thereby enhancing cultural understanding and immersive participation. The neutral emotion of 'surprise' reflects the novelty of digital experiences, and its emotional orientation depends on the cognitive evaluation of tourists; Negative emotions such as frustration and disappointment are mostly caused by technical failures, limited accessibility, and lack of authenticity. The study further elucidates the inherent logic of emotional and cognitive interaction among tourists in the experience of digital cultural heritage, and proposes an optimization path for digital management of cultural heritage centered on emotional experience. This achievement provides data-driven decision-making references for cultural heritage managers and technology developers, helping to enhance tourist engagement, maintain cultural integrity, and optimize digital application effectiveness. Author Introduction: Zhang Aojia is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the China Tourism Research Institute (Data Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism). She obtained her PhD from the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. My main research directions include tourism and artificial intelligence, tourism happiness, and digitalization of cultural heritage. I have published over 20 academic papers in authoritative domestic and international journals such as Tourism Journal, Human Geography, Journal of Hospital and Tourism Research, and Current Issues in Tourism. I have also participated in multiple national key research and development programs, National Natural Science Foundation, and major research projects of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Title of achievement: Hosts’ facial affinity in peer-to-peer platforms: Scale development and validation

Publication: Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management Author information: Dongzhi Chen, Wei Zhang, Mengyang Lian, Peng Ma, Jing Bill Xu Achievement summary: On homestay sharing platforms, the affinity shown in the landlord's personal profile photos has a key impact on consumers' booking decisions. However, existing research lacks a measure of landlord facial affinity. In order to fill this research gap, this study proposed and validated a scale to measure the facial affinity of landlords. Research 1 constructed an initial project pool through literature review, semi-structured questionnaire survey, and in-depth interviews. Study 2 conducted exploratory factor analysis and identified four factors, namely friendliness and inclusiveness, focus and enthusiasm, charm and vitality, and competence and erudition. Study 3 constructed a reverse formation model and evaluated the model using a two-stage approach. The research results indicate that the facial affinity of landlords, as a visual stimulus, enhances consumers' trust and positive emotions, thereby significantly increasing their willingness to book. This study integrates social cognitive theory and stimulus organism response theory to elucidate the impact mechanism of landlord face affinity on consumer booking decisions on P2P platforms. This study contributed to the literature on landlord affinity by constructing a reliable scale to evaluate landlord facial affinity. Landlords can use these research findings to strategically showcase affinity in their profile photos.
